Your Most Treasured Turok Item?
« on: March 28, 2017, 06:06:40 AM »
I just posted in thread about me selling my N64 collection and regretting it.  I especially miss my Turok 2 with music CD and stragegy guide. :(

It got me thinking.  Do you guys have anything Turok related that's really special to you?  Do you have and issue 1 Son of Stone?  Do you have a signed copy of your favourite game in the series?  Or do you still have that dogeared copy of that free strategy guide from the front of a magazine that helped you way back when in your time of need??

Share your treasures...

For the record, the only physical Turok item I still have is a bog standard copy of the GameCube Turok Evolution... Not the greatest treasure but it's something, I suppose!

79?!  You mean you have 79 copies of Evolution?!  You, sir, have a problem!

I wouldn't mind a boxed copy of GBA Evolution.  It's definitely the best of the 2D titles.  It's still (Tu)rock hard (see what I did there?) but it's a lot more polished than the GB games.

Ahh so much Turok stuff xD hard to say. Everything Turok and all the games with boxes and cases, action figures, comics, and all xD

Few things
Turok Dinosaur Hunter PC big box sealed I have all these opened too of course
Turok 2 seeds of Evil big box- Opened box but inside is a sealed Jewel CD Case of the game never open.
Turok 3's poster that comes with the game and its in great condition very crisp still folded haha occasionally in a blue moon I have a peek.
Turok 2's Prima Guide Stickers
All versions of the games in cases/boxes xD (Missing Turok Evolution GBA and Turok 3 GBC.)

There is to much to list but those are some that I really like, they give memories too. I still play N64 I'm going to play some Rage Wars here and play it this weekend with my son xD

@ Duke:  I didn't even know there were stickers in the Prima guide.  Were they a regional thing (ie/ just in the US book)?  I don't suppose you have any decent scans of them?  I'd love to see them if you do. :)

@ Dinomite:  Dude, you're a sick puppy!  Where did you even get 79 beta copies of the game?  Was that from Acclaims liquidation sale?

I think I'm going to succumb and get a copy of GBA Evolution along with the Steam version of T2 on payday.  If I can manage to find a nice boxed copy then that will be my most treasured Turok item (sorry GC Evolution!)...

Roll on Friday!

I'm not sure if they're region specific or not but not that I know of. I don't have a scan yet but I have a photo of them here.
