Title: Nintendo Switch
Post by: Primagen on March 03, 2017, 06:13:04 AM
I just received a notification that my Nintendo Switch has been delivered to my house. I'm so excited to play the new Zelda. Now I just have to sit through work for another 6 hours so I can go home and play it.

Is anyone else planning on getting the Switch?

I assume you're getting it for Zelda as well?

I've had a ton of fun with the new Zelda so far. It looks boring to play but It never gets old or boring. A ton of fun.

I was playing Horizon when I got Zelda and even though I am really enjoying both I think I'm enjoying Zelda more. It is really difficult deciding which of these to play. It doesn't get any easier as there are about 4 great looking games out in the next month that I want to play. (including Turok 2)

I haven't even seen a picture of Horizon, however I'm hearing a ton about it.

I'll buy the Switch when Yooka Laylee releases. Zelda is on my Top 3 Franchises but its not worth buying the console just for the game.

Usually I would agree but I think the new Zelda is an exception. It is phenomenal, other than the framerate drops. My favourite Zelda games are Ocarina of Time and A link Between Worlds but this game blew away all of my expectations. You could easily play it for over 100 hours and still have stuff to do.

If there was ever a launch game worth buying a new console for, this is it. Or you could just play it on the Wii U to save money.

Well I think once the new Mario comes and it has Zelda both of those games are worthy of getting the Switch :) I went to the store yesterday to think about switch but it was sold out lol ??

The first shipment of the switch was sold out and I believe the second shipment (the upcoming one) is also sold out, or getting close too it. The console is selling well.

It would be interesting to see Nightdive possibly port the remaster for Turok 2 to the Nintendo Switch.  :D

I eventually want to get a Switch, but right now my money is tight so I won't be able to get a new console anytime soon. Also I'm waiting for more games to come out, the new Super Mario Bros. game looks pretty cool. :D I've never really got into the Legend of Zelda franchise myself, so I'm not too wild about the new one. I'm wanting Yooka Laylee for either the PS4 or Xbox One, and my birthday is coming up so maybe I'll get a copy for one of those consoles.

Me either but I been thinking about it because of the Super Mario Odyssey editor, the Turoks being ported, and last but not least the new Yoshi game has my interest! That game looks great to me Yoshi's Craftworld.

If they add a new DKC I'll probably get it. But for now its going to take a ton to get me off my N64 lol.

I love OoT, Yoshi's Story, and Kirby's Crystal Shards amazingly fun games especially OoT none really can compare to that one.
