*Found and fixed broken links to our partners including the steam group.

Got rid of all links (Educator Duke64 Dinomite) thanks for the help ^

Handled a dcma notice for reported links and it was mostly to do with a link.

Removed any links to iso versions, downloads, or any thing in that nature in the posts on the forums (Especially since they are releasing) thanks Dinomite.

Had to close account while we clean up necessary links. (Sorry for the bad timing but it wasn't worth the risk)

No more posting links to downloadable versions or sites that lead to them.

Somebody doesn't want a Turok community to exist. Whoever it is, is a weirdo they could have given us free warning rather then dmca notices. I won't reveal the name. If the forum ends up taking some kind of heat I will open another one so don't worry. But I am trying to keep what we have I think we are good actually but you never know I need to check

I know these are kind of drastic measures but we have tried so hard to get a community here like Doom has like Duke has and almost any other fps game of its time. But obviously somebody doesn't want it. But I won't be having it that steam group was the largest Turok group on steam.

This is not the end for the forum just to let everyone know. I am just taking drastic measures because we have tried all to hard to build a community for Turok to just watch it crumble because of some link that nobody cared about 7 months ago. As admin I must take the heavy precautions and try to protect this place the best I can. The guests will be able to look at the forum again, I just need to make sure we are clean before proceeding!

Guests can again view the boards but we encourage you to join or log in its easier that way for us :)

To be clear I did not personally shut down the steam group valve did.

Please do not post any links to any illegal downloads or anything of that nature.

All links should be clean in a bit of an aggressive manner hehe joking but I ask forum members to help us see links just in case any are missed thanks.
