None of the names sound native. Turok is central asian/siberian, turks, listen to mongolians speak their language.

Andar is my starwars name. Not native at all. My username is a native word from nahuatl.

Turok means turk, turko. Turko-mongol people descended from siberians, siberians also ran across beringia to settle the americas as paleo-indians.

Central asians, mongolians, siberians and native Americans are "one race" under old eugenics racial science etc... end of the ice age cut most contact between them and they developed seperately yet still maintain similar cultures, dispositions...

Anatolians are not true turks, their average genetics test points to them being a mulatto/mestizo of balkan-hellenic and west asian semite. They might have 5% TURKIC genes.
Fuck turks.

Turok is not a Turk. Sorry, but I think Assassins Creed is cancer. Anything related to Islam is automatically shit.

Oh well, whatever makes yall happy.

Islam is semitic(arab/jew), not turk. The turko-mongol religion was tengrism which is very similar to native American spirituality. Reread what i wrote. Turkey is not real turks, turkic peoples refers to mongolian type people that descended from siberia, just like native americans, hence the term, turok. Turk, turko and turok is all the same root word used in different languages.

 ту́рок • (túrok) m anim (genitive ту́рка, nominative plural ту́рки, genitive plural ту́рок or ту́рков, feminine турча́нка)

Turk (a person from Turkey or of Turkish origin)

I did research at one point a year or two ago trying to find the exact origins of the Turok name. I am not convinced "Turok and Andar"'s names have anything to do with anything particular, they may very well have been purely the comic writer's invention.

Native American languages have not been meticulously recorded like other languages, and there barely is any online resources for discovering spoken native languages, and many native peoples nowadays have english or english-transliterated names and surnames.

Now, it may be possible that there is a book floating around with Native names that we could find Native names, but in 1956? Do you really think the resources would have been available to have a list of names like that? We're talking about hundreds of tribes who passed on traditions orally.

They were made up names, a rather innocuous thing to do in the era of pulp fictions.

Again andar and turok is not native american,

Turok means turk, making the eugenics connection between the mongoloid race and american race.

Just like saying europeans, caucasians, iranians and indians are all aryans

Or

North africans, middle easterners and ashkenazis are all semitic or afro-asian.

Plenty of native american languages exist and are spoken with plenty of teachers and books. My username is native american. Not hard to find or learn.

Mate. Just because Turoks name is Turok does not mean that he is a Turk. The creators of the comic made Turok up on the spot. They did not go and learn about the fucking history of some some Siberians. Turok is not a Turk / Siberian / Mongol / whatever. He is a native american and it's been stated in the comics countless times.

Turok is not made up, its a eugenics racial science term. Turok is not a turk(turkic, because anatolians are not real turks), but rather native americans and turks are one of the "races". Even marvel comics and DC know when to appoint these antediluvian concepts with places like atlantis, lemuria etc... these nerd writers know what they write its intentional. Look up turanian native american brotherhood, turanism, or the old american anthropological book " the aryan and the jew"
